The autocomplete writes from my own library, and every suggested sentence links back to a source I can open and check. It has changed the way I draft.

Why use Curie if I already use ChatGPT or Claude?＋
Curie brings the literature review, reference library, and manuscript into a research-focused workspace. General assistants are useful for broad tasks and can also research with citations. You can keep using them and connect Curie’s research tools through MCP.
Can I bring my existing references?＋
Curie provides Mendeley and Zotero connections for importing references into your library. The connection flow explains the access you grant. Importing references does not necessarily provide the full text of each paper.
Can I use Curie in Microsoft Word?＋
Yes. The current add-in is installed using Curie’s manifest file. An AppSource listing is coming soon. See the Word add-in page for installation options and available tools.
What is MCP, in plain language?＋
It is a connection that lets a compatible assistant use Curie’s research tools. From ChatGPT or Claude, you can search papers, read your Curie documents, and save sources to your library after setup.
Can I trust an answer just because it has citations?＋
A citation helps you investigate a claim; it does not establish that the claim is correct. Open the source, check what it supports, and consider its methods and limitations. Curie keeps that evidence path accessible.
